Fucking work martyrs.
For the last hour I have had to listen to how hard done to he is, having to work 1 Saturday in 4. All for a wage which pays the bills (including a fucking mortgage) and gives him enough disposable income that he never has to say "Sorry, I'm skint this month". Shut up, I'd love to be in the same position, don't be telling me that I'm lucky having so much free time because I'm not. I can't afford a mortgage (or even rent) so I'm stuck, at 26, living with my parents and it's driving me up the wall.
Last month, including a lot of overtime, I earned £500. That's all. That's not enough to live on even in the North where cost of living is less. How can I pay for my own place and all that when it's not even guarenteed.

Managed to let my work get on top of me again. Meant to have finished two essays by this time tonight, instead I've not even managed to finish one. Fucking pathetic really! Sooner I'm done with uni the better, finally be rid of these massive feelings of guilt and worthlessness.

I drive and run so I see bad driving from either perspective. When I had a bike years ago I was once blown into the kerb and sent over the handlebars, so I know first hand how vulnerable cyclists are and do my best to look out for them. I can easily tell a good cyclist. but the vast majority are blithering idiots who can't read the traffic, can't filter, unpredictable and completely disregard the rules of the road.
Of course there are also plenty of drivers who haven't got a bloody clue or an ounce of respect for any road user.
