He was in Daredevil too. And that was hilariously bad.

And the Imaginarium of Dr.Parnassus, which also was absolutely shocking. He's hit & miss when it comes to films I'd say.
If I like it, It's probably awful.

Clutch, Kamelot and The Ocean for BOA 2014 pls!

Directors Cut of Daredevil is good though, they filmed 2 versions of the same film, the cinema version was pathetic, the bluray is a lot closer to the comics and followd the material a lit closer, well worth a watch even out if curiosity to compare the 2

Cheers for reminding me about Daredevil, guys. I'd almost forgiven Hollywood as well.

Just IMDB'd Colin Farrell, In Bruges does seem to be the only film of his I've ever liked. But it's probably in my top 30 films of all time so I can forgive him all the other rubbish!

If you like those, I'd recommend Seven Psychopaths (by the same writer/director as In Bruges)
All right, so I MADE a mistake! ONE MISTAKE!
Can't a man start over?! Do I have to keep on PAYING?! HUH?!
Maybe I should make another mistake! ...maybe TWO more!

Shame about the rest of the film though.

I love rock of ages :(
but only as a form of Karaoke. Pretty glad there was only me, my housemate and a couple (who I'm pretty sure were copulating regardless of film choice). Tom Cruise ruined that film for me with his awful fake tats.
They should have got Bret Michaels - then it would have been awesome.

I just remembered this video
http://youtu.be/FdEImtfec5Y
I especially like the rain mac dance. To be fair, I'd be the same with Ville Valo (I'm going to get some stick for that)

Rock of Ages was great. I don't know why people have such a problem with it, it's just a good time, rock based musical.
I also think Tom Cruise is one of the best actors of his generation. Sure he's had some crap films, but NOBODY has a perfect filmography. He's versatile, and it seems like he's capable of doing anything, and the key point is he's WILLING to try anything, and I generally think he's good at it!

This whole Glee generation stuff is just American rubbish. I find it cringeworthy and have to turn it off, and don't get me started on the dance off stuff

I like all sorts of films if I'm honest, I can like anything from Harry Potter up to Maniac. My favourite film is of course Pulp Fiction.

Finally watched The Dark Knight Rises. Nowhere near as good as The Dark Knight but still very entertaining, even if they killed the main villains off in really quick, crappy ways and Bane sounded like a deranged Sean Connery for the entire film.
Steam = Starchild

Catch me at:
2022
Nightwish - London

2023
Gojira - London
Sabaton - London

I watched the Dark Night Rises, I saw it 2 times. I haven't seen Batman Begins or The Dark Knight though.

Oh, I agree. I hate Glee and all of the shitty clones with a passion, but i do like some musicals, and I just liked ROA. I saw it in the west end before the film came out, which may have helped.
