The start of the new year, a new start to get the nightmare that was 2012 out of the way.

Also, a convincing win for the Rovers, and I got a decent chunk of coursework done today too. All in all a successful start to 2013! :)

Howwwwww! It takes me an hour to run 10k when I'm feeling good. I hate being a slow runner :(

At my fittest about 15-16 months ago I managed to do 6.7 miles (10.78km) in the Rowley Hills in 1:05. It was the farthest I ever ran, a few of 5K PBs followed before I started going backwards. I've pretty much given up running now. My trainers aren't up to it and I don't want to buy new ones.

Ooh, found the GPS log as well: http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/21269027

I'd rather buy stuff for my bike. :P Almost spent £100 on a Garmin Edge today before common sense kicked in.

Woke up very hungover at 2pm due to a call from my mate to tell me to join them drinking. I was hesitant but eventually caved.

Had a fuckin' awesome day.
