Computer Games Thread
Re: Computer Games Thread
So yesterday I finished Final Fantasy VII, having started a new game last week. I have never completed a numbered FF before and with VII, I'd only ever got as far as a bit in to the second disc. Really glad I actually finished it, because that was quite genuinely one of the best games I've ever played.

The achievement/trophy about killing a certain amount of zombies using analogue controls was a truly beautiful moment. Fuck me you inflict some damage doing it that way. I am still trying my level best to get that 30G for reaching level 50. I think I am on 42 at the moment but its a long harsh road, and I must have completed the game about 4 times just trying to get to it.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 feels not as good as the old ones

Finally left the guild I've been in for 3-4 years. I had all my characters in there because the GL barely tolerated that you had alts in other guilds except his. He went inactive about a year ago after giving half the leadership to a friend, but he comes online for a day every few months to make sure we haven't left. Feels good to be out, and me and a friend are starting our own guild. We've both been playing since Vanilla was released, so nowadays we really need to be able to have some fun or we might as well quit.
Re: Computer Games Thread
What server you on btw? I didn't play over christmas because of other shit and let my sub slip. I might start a new alt.

I'm on Dragonblight It's been my virtual home since I started playing WoW. I chose it back in the day because I thought it sounded nice - it's funny to think how it has all led to so many things.

Forza horizon is exactly what i want in a racing game. I cant really fault it. I was gonna get most wanted as well but theres no reason now.

Online games are usually amazing for stuff like that.
Like there's some girl on our TS server, who only got there because about 5 years ago she played on the same mmo server as this random dude from Manchester, who ended up going to uni with a guy that played Age of Empires with a bunch of dudes on a vent server. Just over a year ago she refused to even talk. Now she's opened up, and managed to get over a bunch of anxiety problems and shit.
All because two people happened to like the same MMO server.

Aww, that's so nice! WoW helped me with loads of things, and so did the people I met through it. I know quite a few of my old school friends will never understand why I chose WoW instead of them, but I have no regrets.

CS:GO, CS:S, CS and CS:CZ are the same price together as CS:GO is on it's own. On one hand that's one heck of a sale! On the other... I think Steam need to hire new accountants.
