But yeah, keep at it. I think there are some training exercises online for those getting started.

One way is by one of the pieces of equipment I use at the gym. It has a pad you put your knees on, and helps you by pushing up with the amount of weight you set, effectively taking that weight off your body. I currently have it on 20kg (probably moving to 15 soon) so I'm doing pull-ups of around 50kg as I'm just under 70kg
