Hmm, if it wasn't fake, and really pretentious I would like it more.

We normally eat pretty healthily anyway but now the majority of our food is vegetarian, all our bread is homemade and we have so many "super foods" in the house. It just makes trying to eat well and/or lose weight that much easier.

Also, noticing a difference in my arms since buying a pull up bar :D

OH GOD LAT BURN

Yep! And biceps :D

I can't stop touching my arms at the moment, because of the new muscle, it's addictive, i probably look fucking odd. :eyes:

I am jealous of biceps! I'm such a fucking weed, I can't even manage one press up, even on knees

I'm just about happy with my muscle mass but often don't have any time to go to the gym which is a pain, I do some stuff in my room but there's not much space and some muscles are a lot easier to train with resistance machines as you can adjust the weight to what you need/feel comfortable doing rather than just having your own body weight to work with

Problem with muscle mass is you have to remove the layer of fat before you can see it. :(

Haha, I do that too! Or flexing when I'm looking in the mirror .. :eyes:

EDIT: Fjar, that's only with some muscles (stomach). I'm still a size 12 so i'm not chub-free but I have quite defined muscles on my legs and arms! Plus having muscles increases your metabolism therefore making you lose fat quicker anyway.

I think we must have a different composition of fat and muscle - I'm a size 12 too, but I'm certainly not defined.

I'm not naturally though, I just do a lot of weight training. Plus it tones up the flab you do have, like bingo wings and stuff (Not saying you have bingo wings, I just know I do...).

Finished my ale trail yesterday, so can now focus on other stuff.
Managed to find 34 hours around work where I can swim.Made a timetable up and going to stick with it and hope for the best :)

This weeks shopping has absolutely no wine or choc either
