Just watched a VHS of Danger Danger live in Tokyo. They probably have the greatest introduction I've ever heard:

I was looking at possibly going next time as Paul Di'Anno's supposed to be playing his last gig in the UK there.

He'll start touring again because the government will have taken away his benefits :P

The day after a 16-year-old acquaintance of mine announces she's pregnant a few weeks into a relationship, her best friend announces her engagement to someone she's only been seeing a couple of weeks.

I shouldn't laugh but the alternative is to despair at the whole sorry mess.

I feel a lot better about how well our poster will do, because I saw some of the other groups. Some people literally prit-sticked badly printed pictures onto a landscaped sheet and didn't even laminate it. Fucking amazing :lol:
If I like it, It's probably awful.

Clutch, Kamelot and The Ocean for BOA 2014 pls!

Seriously though, I linked our one on the happy thread, and I'm not great either. I was always shite at art, but this isn't really a matter of skill but more a matter of pride. I mean I know none of us wanted to make these fucking things, but come on, at least put SOME effort in :lol:

Also Joe, whilst irritating and a little clumsy using, Comic Sans has always been easy to read and is helpful for things to do with basic but important information (although it is better suited to things for children I'll admit :P )

It does count towards the marks, yeah. But really it's not the best looking one that does well, but rather the one with the least mistakes (like any project really).
