So this is genuinely the first time I've ever held a cat. Ever. And it was pretty much the best moment of my life.

They're so wriggly and pointy. And I'm scared of hurting them. So I just never did it. But this cat loves to be held so I said I'd try and learn how to do it.
Fucking hell, I'm a cat person who needs to learn how to pick up cats.

Wait until you get cats who literally crawl up you & demand to be held.
Or being able to walk to the shops with one asleep on your shoulders.
I like having a dog & other pets around, but can't see myself ever being without cats.
