Re: What has made you happy today
Spent all day in bed watching wrestling. About to re-shave my head, dye one of my t-shirts and head to the shop to get something for dinner. Then meeting a ladyfriend for pints later and she's paying me into see Kataklysm, Krisiun and Fleshgod Apocalypse

Back onto full workouts and krav maga this week, integrated a fancy booking system onto my website, sorted valentines and about to fire an annoying student.

The Honda I viewed today was just perfect! Thrilled is an understatement.

Spontaneously bought myself a new laptop. It's got a touchscreen and everything

Had normal poops today for the first time in three months. And all I've eaten is cake and biscuits. :3

Good lord, after being engaged for a thousand years and then having a load of kids (two), it looks like my uncle has actually set a date for the wedding this spring. I will have to buy a frock. (And yay, it doesn't have to a bridesmaid one this time round!)

Sat down with a mate who was a professional Olympic swimmer and worked out a plan for the new year (designed to make most of time, ie not just 2 hours of lengths). I was really dubious at first as 45 mins never feels like much of a work out, but stuck with it 100% and trusted him 100% and 2 weeks in and I have lost 21ibs (52 in total since October). Going to grab a coffee with him later and work out the timetable for the next 2 weeks and I am so excited and motivated.

Good to hear! When you start involving the clock and timing your lengths, it gives you something to work towards!

Have to do another interview with the head of Calumet retail, but the one this morning went really well as I said
37.5 hours a week, 9-5 starting at £15,000 a year with £200+ bonuses each month and no set sales targets.
