Lost nearly a stone since getting out here (so in just under a month).
Been going to the gym and doing sessions with a personal trainer, and we've just been working on getting my fitness level up so I can start to train more intensively without risk of hurting myself. The sessions have been getting easier and he's said that I'm making progress.
Plus I'm feeling better about myself in general.
Fuck yeah.
