It took me a while to twig that it's a retelling of Beowulf. Awesome film. Especially the bit where they're facing the pissed off Wendol at the end "Lo. there do I see my father..."

Hum.

Good film i recommend to watch, actually no, if you havent seen it, im fucking demanding you to watch. - Southern Comfort [its a bit like deliverance]

Bad film - 1408. Really fucking boring. And predictable, plus the fact samuel L 'motherfucking snakes on a motherfucking plane' Jackson + Horror films = BADDDD!

I'm off to watch the transformers tommorow, maybe that'll be good.

It is quite a good film actually! Remember though, it's aimed at American families, so expect some gawkedness and family friendly fun. With that in mind though, it really is quite excellent.

Seen recently:

Transformers x2: Fucking awesome, best movie EVER!

Simpsons: Dissapointing. Was ok, but it played more like a sketch show. Some funny moments, but generally just average,

Rush Hour 3: Really good. Best of the 3, despite lacking in the way of impressive stunts/fight scenes. The gags are funnier though, although some are a bit close to the bone racially.

Next Up (in the next few days):
1408
Waitress

And possibly: Surfs Up and License to Wed

Slightly annoyed that the day Bourne comes out I'll be at Bloodstock...as I'm literally bursting with excitement...even more so since reading almost 100% good reviews on it!

I'm sure I've seen both Bourne films and I remember really liking them but I can't remember what happened in them for shit!

The First two Bourne movies are two of my fave movies ever. Spy movies for the modern generation, believable but dramatic, and just excellently made.

For anyone into foreign block busters, check out Night Watch, watched it again last night, and it's fucking amazing. The sequel Day Watch is out in October, which promises to be immense

New transformers movie is awesome, but it's hard to work out who the hell some of them are, especially if you go in as a transformers newb like me!

Saw Simpsons at the weekend. It was pretty funny, but it felt too long and the plot sucked.
