Re: Next Announcement
Only Diamond Head for me from that announcement.
Not interested in an Anselmo fronted Pantera tribute act, Pantera died with Dimebag and Vinnie. I saw Pantera back in the day and will avoid this like the plague.

Re: Next Announcement
Cracking announcement for me. My favourite Paradise Lost album, love Life of Agony, Diamond Head will be entertaining and yes Phil Anselmo is a cock but will enjoy some Pantera. That along with Devin and Gloryhammer probably enough to convert me from a day ticket to a weekend one

To me, there's only two ways of looking at that photo - both of which lead to the same outcome. Either Phil was serious (in which case, he's a cunt) or he thinks that it's somehow funny (in which case, he's a cunt). Either way, he's a cunt

Proper wank
Phil Anselmo - liked Pantera 25 years ago, but long since grown out of them, the thought of a lobotomised fascist retard singing songs I've been long since bored of isn't exactly a must-see.
Life Of Agony - thought they were shit back in the day and still do now, regardless of what gender the singer currently is.
Paradise Lost - there milking Draconian Times even more? Great album but they've already done that.
Diamond Head - if I wanted what a bunch of arthritic old grandads on their death beds, I'd go to an old folks home.

Re: Next Announcement
I see they are continuing the trend of booking shite bands from the '90s that nobody cared for even then. Hell, I even remember them when they had a bloke singing for them.....

I remember when they had the tough guy look so it's totally justified.
But I really couldn't give a flying fuck what the PC snowflakes think...

I didn't think it was possible to make a worse lineup than last year, but then they did.
As I suspected Skindred are subbing.

Cocks in frocks and Nazi's.
Count me in.

Re: Next Announcement
Sadly I knew it wouldn't take long for the derogatory remarks to start rolling in regarding Life of Agony.
Big up to SlayerSlays for calling out the bullshit.
I really don't think the "PC snowflake" argument even comes into play when it comes to showing basic respect for another human being.
On a more positive note, I'm thrilled to hear Paradise Lost will be doing Draconian Times in full.
Life of Agony I've been meaning to check out for a while; if anyone has any suggestions on where to start then please ping them my way! Diamond Head should be good too, didn't catch much of them the last time they played.
Surprised to see Phil Anselmo booked considering all the controversy surrounding him...
