After a bit of a creative lull, writing some stuff that I'm really pleased with and finding the first 4 books in The Dark Tower series for £3.95 on ebay.

And just feeling more positive generally, which is nice.

The fact my other half brought me two of the Anne Rice Mayfair Witches books back off his hols - along with a new dragon :D

I have no love for Everton but the fact they dumped United out of the FA Cup today brought a big smile to my face.

I'm not from Liverpool (yes, I have been to see them many times though) but one of the great things about football is enjoying your biggest rivals' misfortunes. Sometimes their misery can feel as good as your success.
I expect the same warm feeling will return when Chelsea beat Everton in the final.

Not sour grapes at all. There just happens to be no better sight in modern football than Fergie throwing all his toys out of the pram when a decision goes against his team :lol:
