My parents brought me back a mug. A mug that holds over a pint of your chosen beverage. No more faffing about with regular mugs for now I have a man-sized mug and I can caffeinate myself until my eyes bulge.
Also, Ashes to Ashes back on tonight. Hopefully Alex Drake is less of an irritant this time around.

Re: What has made you happy today
An old friend saw I was made redundant on Facebook, and has managed to get me an interview where he works for 4.30 today.
If i get the job I will have a few pennies to keep me going over the next few months, which means I can keep my savings save.
It will also mean that I do not get bored doing nothing for a few months.

Haha. Do you reckon his reaction counts as a 'disrespectful gesture'

Did a bit of file sorting out on my laptop, stuck all my music on my external HD and cleared up a good 10gb of disk space

It was a pen though .
But I blame Berbatov.

Man U have benefited from enough dodgy decisions over the years that it was about time one went against them - the fact is was Mike Riley who waved it away made it all the sweeter
Berbatov's penalty was indeed dreadful but you should really blame Ferguson for his 'disrespectful' team selection.

The younguns played alright . I'll blame him for not forcing Teves and Scholes to take a pen though.

Work wasn't as bad as I expected for a Monday when everyones back from easter break, and I got away early. Also trying to plan a short break away in Spain for my birthday. I'm trying to focus on the positive cos I only get stressed out thinking about anything else at the moment

Seriously, the United kids were all over Everton's arse for the first half and most of the second half, and considering a load of them were under 21 and they were playing against most of Everton's first team they gave them a real run for their money, penalties are always a shit way to end a match even if your team wins I think.
Anyway no point in crying over spilt milk...
