How do you know she's not anorexic? It's not like there's a big neon flashing sign that says "I HAVE ANOREXIA" above you. She could be naturally thin, she might well starve herself.

It just really gets my goat when someone gets all uppity about saying someone is "clearly just thin", usually in order to make themselves feel validated in being thin or whatever

Unless you know the person in question and are familiar with their eating habits, there's nothing clear cut about it.
