Is this post-nap clarity of mind?

If you mean craving Skittles, yes

Demolition Man is on. But since it's Sky I doubt I will see the version where they badly dub Taco Bell into Pizza Hut. I saw it once and it was one of the best moments of my life.

I was talking to an old friend for hours last night, arranged to meet up sometime in July as he lives in Brighton and me in Wales now. Nice catch up

My internet crapped out, so I fixed it.
However, my tongue now feels very weird.
Don't ask, you'll know you only try it yourself.

Basically all my work is done (bar the neurotic proof-reading check tomorrow morning before handing it in) and I've nearly finished my Powerplay reviews. And I'm going to go spend tomorrow doing nice things involving food, drink and friends. Sweet.

Just bought three pairs of vintage sunglasses for £15 including shipping from America from the best website. Apart from the fact that the Lady Gaga Just Dance sunglasses are sold out in the colourway I want. And the Mickey Mouse sunglasses are £250 a pop.

Woke up early and feel great! My bank balance is also healthy for once, and I have Blind Guardian tickets on the way... today is a Good Day.

Going out for a meal, followed by a girly night in with some friends tonight, and then tomorrow I'm off to York, and a gig on Sunday. This weekend is a good one

Re: What has made you happy today
I may have started celebrating the end of deadlines prematurely last night with my flatmate and his friends. Lots of empty bottles and a wok in the bath tub are clearly signs of a fun night. Now I just need to go in to uni, proof-read everything I've written, hand it in and then rock on up to Ed's Diner with friends for celebratory milkshakes. Safe as houses.

Same here. For three long, boring weeks.
