Here, if you're fed up at work, download this and have a play around. Look at your own area, Your favourite Rugger/Footy teams ground, or even the Cook Islands in the Pacific.

The entire planet in '3D' made from actual satellite photographs.
Look at Niagara Falls, the Grand Canyon, your own house (just about),
even Area 51 which supposedly doesn't exist...

Well it's cool, but it doesn't seem to render stuff right up close

Ah well, tonight the Norwich alternative community tried to organise a DJ night down at the Ferryboat, to try and bring more people in to drink, and not just for gigs.
Unfortunetely, no more than about 15 people were there at any one time
Anyway, I managed to blag a DJ spot because I had to drive the decks down, and it went like this:
Iron Maiden - The Trooper
Dragonforce - Black Fire
Stratovarius - Hunting High And Low
Judas Priest - Painkiller
The second half came later on, at which point only the DJs and bar staff were there, so I threw away the planned setlist, and for a bit of fun played:
Naglfar - Spoken Words Of Venom
Crimson Tears - My Plea
Edguy - Lavatory Love Machine
Maybe it'll work out better next time, eh? We uni types have some exciting plans in place...

Cool set! However when you organise these things people always say they want Metal Nights but when they get put on they never turn up. I wish we had something like that where I live. The nearest thing I've got is the Nags Head and Cuban Knights. However they do have a good Metallica tribute band play there called Blackend.

If you win that much I'd expect at least a couple of beers!
