Deus Ex has a fantastic story, and exceptionally balanced gameplay. Admittedly the graphics weren't up to much even then, but the game mechanics and the possible endings make it great. I was gutted when Jock died. :(

Also, it contains the best line of video game dialogue ever: "You mechs might have copper wiring to reroute your fear of pain, but I've got nerves of steel". And I actually used to work at a place that gave me lemon-lime when I wanted orange.

Also, what's missing from the NY skyline in Deus Ex? The Twin Towers. Creepy.

Obviously I found the corpse, but on my first playthrough I didn't know you actually had to kill the imposter, I just thought examining the corpse would be enough :(
Also, why is there no radiation at Area 51 after the nuclear strike?

Just Cause 2 is surprisingly awesome, the story is hardly anything great but it looks good and it's incredibly fun with its ridiculous over-the-topness and casual racist stereotyping. :D
