The (Un) Official Football thread
Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
Looks like Liverpool decided to join in the game of 'Annoy Holloway with bids for Charlie Adam' a 4.5 million bid has been rejected. Bit of a joke really, since they paid that or more for Poulson.
Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
The thinking is clearly that Blackpool haven't had a player worth more than three quid since they flogged Trevor Sinclair and that the chairman would think he's won the lottery.

He should stay at blackpool, cus lets be honest unless they hit the self destruct button they are safe this season. People can slag them off cus they are a "small team", but lets be honest the table doesnt lie

Love to have seen what holloway put in his response to the bid. The thing is why would they sell him, there more than likely to stay up, he's enjoying playing for team and Blackpool have no reason to sell as I dont think they have much debt if any (hence the wonga sponsorship).

We've got to play Tottenham today with Andy Carroll, Cheik Tiote and a fair few others. We're screwed

I'd rather have Shelvey in the starting XI than Poulsen
