I tend to listen to a lot of Andrew W.K. when exercising and it takes every fibre of my being not to air drum and head bang wildly.

you need to get a personal trainer licence and start a class called "WORK OUT HARD". It will consist entirely of sprinting wildly through public parks listening to Andrew WK whilst headbanging and air drumming. Would be great for the shoulders, neck and biceps.

We have a thunderstorm, and my housemate brought home Portal 2, which I've been playing for three hours :D

It's been a pretty good day all round, but if I had to choose just one thing that made me happy today, it would probably have to be meeting Marty Friedman. He's surprisingly small.

That reminds me of this program that was on TV last night about richkids (18-25 year olds) wanting to move into London and being shocked that they can only afford hovels for £500k-£1m.

It then said that the average deposit needed to move into London is £30k!

lolwut, how much deposit do you need to buy a house in Nottingham then? £30k was my target deposit for 2 years of savings starting at the end of this year...

Last night was awesome, although there was this one prick in the pub who took a serious disliking to me and my chums and started on us all. He started on me when I had my todger out in the toilets and was doing a piss .

Going to see Anaal Nathrakh tonight, A rapping Elijah Wood is still funny as hell, and I've just looked up some L.A Noir and it looks class.

Even though I don't think the game will be up my street, the amount of work I've heard has gone into the game is damn admirable.

Suppose which area of Nottingham youd be looking at. My sister brought a hosue in the nottinghamshire area, but only had a deposit of around 7 or 8k.

O and I got yelled at at work the other day because we wouldnt lend a first time buyer 300k.

This area is a nice little middle-class nugget in the middle of a really shit area generally, so would be interesting. We could probably get away with getting somewhere with 10 or 12k

And I assume you work in finance - lolwut.

12k for a deposit seems good to me. I was expecting to have to put down at least 25-30k.
