Re: The Wrestling Thread
I think they did a good job of burying themselves, but to be fair to them what have they had to work with, they are 1 of 2 real tag teams in the company
Re: The Wrestling Thread
I'm hoping the Young Bucks/Generation Me will get picked up.
They're currently bashing TNA openly, which makes them prime WWE candidates.

They are already in developmental, but aren't doing themselves any favours behind the scenes, they are apparently a tad too gobby for their own good, and have openly pissed of Booker T

They seem to have a phobia of shaking people's hands.

Re: The Wrestling Thread
So the Impact on the road tapings sold 800 out of 2000 tickets in a 12,000 capacity arena and have to constantly add crowd noises in post production; want Sting vs Hogan and have Jeff Hardy back.
Oh and the Knockouts pay was revealed (except Christy Hemme and Mickie James who get a fortune), it's apparently less than $600 (£400) per appearance and they dont cover expenses. No wonder all the Knockouts sell stuff on ebay to make ends meet!
I dont think that needs any comment tbh except it sums it all up.

I can see by that look that you have in your eyes, you came here for metal to fight and to die!
Re: The Wrestling Thread
It's not a sustainable company. They will really regret not hiring Heyman. He was going to push the youth and get rid of every older person bar like one.
Re: The Wrestling Thread
Don't have enough Kevin Nash matches on dvd. That sucks.
Re: The Wrestling Thread
WWE sources indicate that Luis Ignascio Urive Alvirde, the original Sin Cara, was sent home from Tuesday's SmackDown taping in Calgary, Alberta, Canada after meeting with company officials. He left the Scotiabank Saddledome before the event's conclusion.
Company sources say developmental talent Jorge Arias (a/k/a Hunico) will exclusively portray the Sin Cara character going forward. WWE wants to maintain the character since its been very popular among kids and in merchandise sales.
Many employees expect Alvirde to part ways with the organization, but that is not 100% confirmed.
WWE re-shot a match between Sin Cara and Heath Slater at Tuesday's taping since the initial bout featured numerous botched maneuvers. Aries portrayed Cara in both matches. Alvirde was dressed to compete, but management opted not to use him.

I think this is more a case of not enough guys can do what he does in the ring to make it look good, the only guy I have seen him do well against is Danielson
I feel sorry for him, because now he has lost everything, his job and now his character

we've all said it foe ages on here, the company have gone down the completely wrong road, and paid for it, I give it 18 months before they fold their tents
Re: The Wrestling Thread
it's really annoying, because I started watching TNA about 2-3 months before Hogan/Bischoff appeared and I was like "THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME".
And then they appeared.
And it's been getting worse and worse ever since.

Re: The Wrestling Thread
i was watching for a while before them as well. tbh i think hogan has a lot of good ideas that just arent being used, and his bad ideas are. the old guys really need to go. fair enough if they can still wrestle, but most of them cant.
