Re: last dvd/bluray i bought
you just can't go wrong with Jackie, I read his autobiography last year, what a hard childhood, and Sammo Hung, what an arsehole quite frankly
Re: last dvd/bluray i bought
His 80s and early 90s films are some of my favourites. Those deffinately can't go wrong. Some of his more recent ones have been hit and miss but as long as he is being a bad ass i cant complain. I'm quite surprised he hasn't been approached for a villain role (which i imagine he would be great at) for the expendables 2, but I'm sure there will be a 3rd film film anyway so hopefully he'll appear in that.

he's a very good actor, watch the Shinjuku Incident, it's an underworld drama, he got nominated for an asian oscar for it, brilliant film, he's still making far superior asian movies,as in asia they know he can act,in the west they just see him as the comedy martial arts guy

Re: last dvd/bluray i bought
i've heard good things about it. ill put it on my love film list as ill watch it before i put money to it just in case i dont like it.
managed to find Armour of God cheaper then what i was bidding on ebay. also found myself some very good copies of Project A 1&2. i will be busy for a couple of days with these.
however, trying to find myself the Winners and Sinners trilogy cheap isnt going to happen when their listed at about £20 per film.

Just had a nose at come-asia.com (the company releasing all the Asian films) and they have a large chunk of jackie chan films coming out next year. Including the project a films.

I use a shop on ebay that specialises in asian cinema, their prices are always reasonable
