Be great especially after P.D . Plus it would a step back to traditional bloodstock.

I was hoping for Within temptation but to headline boa but hey ho cant get EVERYTHING we would like.

Demons and Wizards' London show is billed as their only UK show for this year so I doubt we'll get them.

Going by the trend, are we expecting Architects to headline next year.

Vicky has said she'd be open to booking them. Not a band I like but I can see it happening.

Edit:in the same q&a with the Rock Soc she pretty much ruled out booking BMTH thankfully. :)

Demons & Wizards would at least be 3rd from top main stage. Way too big for Sophie stage.

I hope PD are already in the UK around Bloodstock time because paying to get them from Australia is ridiculous- I don't like them- they seem to be trying for folk/death and anything else they can think of- it doesn't work for me....there are SO many better bands out there...what on earth are the vocals about? Sounds like Bruce Dickinson with tonsilitis

I think someone mentioned that to me at the festival. Some people were adamant that Megadeth should've been headlining, which was laughable.

They are doing European festivals - such as Wacken - during summer.

Arctangent annouced earlier today as well, although the only band that might have played would be Cult of Luna.

Much as I'm a fan, you're overstating their popularity. One UK date at an 800 capacity venue in London doesn't really show them to be a huge draw.

I need some Sophie announcements to really solidify my attendance. I am almost certainly attending but If there is a good enough slew of bands I will do it now.

That's the final day of Parkway Drive's UK tour. Sad!

Regarding the last Sophie headliner, Sick of it All's vocalist told everyone on their London date on the Persistence tour "See you all in the Summer". :?

That would be a cracking way of ending a day. I bloody hope this happens.
